OK so i am 14 and i'm really intrested in the Performing Bussiness with Singing dancing acting and Perfroming i really want to learn acting and music





so i'm raising money for a Gutair and i plan to take an online Lessons








i'm only 14 and gutairs are about 100 dallors i was planning to get either a Electric or Acoustic








Acoustic is the one i'll mostly get but i need away to earn money .any help?Advice Help?
lol your basically me from 2 years ago. ok well here are the steps, 1, you are going to start out on a fairly shitty guitar, like I did. some people say that they develop bad habits but they are chumps, we're not rich right?





1. Buy a stupid fender love it or hate it


-------it will be the cheapest guitar, try to find a package of guitar and amp at costco or somehwere, i got mine at costco.





2.buy a lot of cd's and listen to your favorites


---------seems simple, but it helps loads.





3. learn how to play power chords. you will find info online





4.learn to read tab

I got started on an old guitar I found in my basement. I suggest you take a look around or ask your relatives. There is a pretty good chance someone has something they could lend, if not give, to you.





Personally, I would not recomend buying a $100 guitar unless you're not sure if this is something you will be doing for a while. I'd suggest putting a little more money into it and going for a beginer model from a respected make ( epiphone, squire, yamaha, etc.). These are quality instruments that will last you a long time. (I still use my first epi and it's been around the block a few times)





If money is an issue then I would lean toward an acoustic because you don't need to buy an amp as well. But thats up to you in the end.
