I need help and advice teaching english to a Thai friend?

Any good books, websites or general tips in how to teach, have no experience in teaching languagesI need help and advice teaching english to a Thai friend?
It will be very difficult if you as the teacher doesn't read and write any Thai. The best teacher for a Thai person who wish to learn English is also another Thai person with very a good knowledge of English. This is because for every English word or sentence, you have to explain everything in Thai language to your student. This also includes English grammar structures, which is totally different from Thai grammar structures.

Here is a very good book that I can recommend for any Thai person who wish to learn the English language:

';เรียน พูดอังกฦษ 79 ชั่วโมง'; by เเฟรงค (Frank)

(Learn to Speak English in 79 Hours by Frank)

This book is 846 pages and can be accompanied by an Audio Tape recording containing Thai explanations about the English language examples used in the book. The book and the Audio Tape recordings are bought separately.

I am not sure if this book is available for purchase via the Internet. But I bought my copy when I was in Thailand (from a local bookshop). It was very cheap though.

I bought my copy of the book for the opposite purpose. I am a foreigner who wanted to learn the Thai language at a deeper level (including reading and writing in Thai scripts). I never found any book that suited that purpose, as all available Thai-learning books are phrase-books (where Thai words are written as Romanized phonetical syllables), which a non-Thai person can read to approximate the same sound pronounciation as

the words spoken by Thai speakers. Having no choice, I have to buy the book because it contained many thousands of English sentences (written in normal English scripts) together with their Thai-language equivalents (written in Thai scripts) as examples. As it is a book really intended for Thai native speakers who need to learn English, all of the explanations in the book are in Thai language and scripts, which are difficult for me to comprehend, but should be very easy for a natural Thai student to understand. In overall, this book still helped me a lot and it's worth it.I need help and advice teaching english to a Thai friend?
