Contact the college directly (You can probably do this on the net) Ask for the Financial Aid Dept. If you are far away you can set up a telephone app.
DO NOT go through a credit company who wants to lower your payments, you will pay much more in the end and the people who now own the debt will not even speak to you.

Any federal student loan company can pull your student loans by your SSN and help consolidate them all into one and most can lower your rates now if you haven't refinanced them in awhile. I looked around real quick and found this site for you that seems to dabble in just about anything, so I am sure they could help you out! Good luck!
