On days when I go jogging I feel giddy all day - I can't make important decisions, all women seem attractive, I start thinking fondly of people I wouldn't otherwise think about. I find it difficult to function at my job (where I need to be thoughtful and professional) because I feel jumpy and generally happy all day. Is there a good depressant to help me calm down on days I go jogging?Help! - any advice on how to calm down my emotions after jogging or exercise ?

how about not jogging then bc that's supposed to be the beauty of running so you can enjoy life
