I need some weight loss advice please help?

I weigh 165 lbs. I want to get down to 120 and be in size 7 pants. I used to drink a lot of pop. I do a lot of walking every day. Today I started to drink more water. I got a free water bottle today and am on my 2nd bottle of water. What can I do to look good for the summer time?I need some weight loss advice please help?
To lose that 45 pounds you need to be very committed. You need to recognize that your journey isn't going to be easy, but it is manageable and you can do this for both your physical and mental health. Start by setting reasonable goals. Try for 2 pounds a week. Look up your BMR on this site, (http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calcul鈥?/a> and aim to eat that many calories a day. Try to get most of your calories from fruits, veggies, and lean meats, but don't be afraid to indulge once in a while still keeping with your daily calorie intake, this way you won't find yourself binging and breaking your diet often. Try and cut all drinks out of your diet other than water, (unless your having a fresh fruit smoothie for breakfast or something) and that includes diet sodas! Exercise will also be a very important part of your weight loss. You need to do some type of cardio everyday! The walking you have started is great! Try for 30-40 minutes 5-6 days a week. And on the other day or two just stay active, if you can get in 10 minutes of jumping rope or something, that would be great! You can do this! Just stay motivated! Set reasonable goals and when you achieve them reward yourself with something, (a fun night out, a new pair of jeans, something that you'll get excited over). If you follow this plan I can almost guarantee you'll reach 120 by mid June, (5 months) and you'll probably be smaller than a size 7 in pants, 120 is more like a 2-6. Good luck! Cut the carbs. And sugar. Caffeine does not add pounds, the sugar in soda does. Keep walking, cut out breads, pastas, rice, chips, etc and the weight will come off. I'm currently on that diet and have lost 5 pounds in a week.

that sounds pretty good though. exercise is the key if you want to lose weight. I have tried everything, all sorts of weight loss pills. The best one is proactol cause its all natural and absorbs up to 28% of the fat you eat. Pretty crazy for being all natural. Also your diet needs to be great
Pop has alot of sugar which can add weight on to you water is best if trying to lose weight and it increases your metabolism so you are not tired when you workout. Running is good, situps, squats are also good do untill you are tired but count how many of each you can do and write that down then the next day see how many you can do and go from there.
Cardio is without question the best form of exercise to loose weight.





Start doing interval training 4 times a week. Walk for 2 minutes, jog for 5min, back to walking etc. Every week increase your jogging time by 1 minute.





3500 calories equals 1 pound





What ever your daily calories are now, drop them by 700 calories. Combining this calorie loss, with the calories you burn exercising you should have no problem loosing 3-4 pounds a week.





Also complete some muscle/strength training. Muscle changes a persons metablism and will aid in your weight loss why helping you become stronger and healthier.





MOTIVATION!





Get motivated. Set realistic goals. Join a gym, as it will help you develop a routine, and have a sense of belonging and accomplishment. Get some good fast paced music, and change it up every 2 weeks.





TELL PEOPLE!!





Telling your family and friends about your new fitness goals will help in motivating. Having a support network will help keep you from falling off the wagon like 2 thirds dieters do.
