I have Pulmonary Sarcoidosis %26amp; Lupus. I am having surgery Wednesday morning to remove 3 impacted wisdom teeth and I am concerned about how long it will take to heal. Anyone have advice on what I can do to stay calm either before or after surgery?? Thanks.Any advice to help keep me calm?
It all depends on what makes you calm.
-- I do hot chocolate and a bath w/ candles to keep me calm.
-- sometimes playing the guitar helps also (or a hobby, something to keep time)

you aren't going to be all the way calm...then again its not that bad..i had all mine pulled 16 at once 45 min.. including wisdom's ..............your going to be good
