My laptop in infected with spyware any advice that might help?

I have a spyware on my laptop call Alpha internet security and i don't know how to get rid of it. I researched it on the internet and it is a spyware. It claims that it can detect internet viruses and spyware. But the problem is it is the spyware. It is apparently hard to get rid of as it can hide in files. It is also interfering in my internet claiming certain sites carry risks. But when i run my Norton internet security nothing comes up. spyware/malware is hard to be found and unistall by the common antivirus software,so i recommend you install a anti-spyware software,but not the common anti-virus software


i have used SpyNoMore,it can detect and remove all stealth keylogger

run a free application called process explorer this will highlight the malware process in red - kills the process and then download a free app such as malwarebytes or spybot search and destroy run this to then get rid of it.





but like all this type of malware you need to kill the process first or it disables just about everything that could get rid of it
