What does he mean? He said this to me, I need advice Help!?

Theres this boy and I know he likes me its a long story but i found out that he does. this past week ive felt awful ( im sick) so i havent been in my best mood and he said this Are my standards to high for you?

He means (i think) that he thinks you're doing your best to make him like you or something, and he's asking if he needs to expect less of you. he doesn't seem very nice, that's not a compliment what he said. i think.


try asking him what he meant, or texting/emailing/im'ing him about it, so it will be less awkward. texting or doing something in that form is always less awkward, but i would do Email because you don't have to reply right away, and there aren't any silences.
