Research paper discussing types of business such as a (LLC) Can anyone give help or advice?

My project Thesis is ';By analyzing the different aspects of a partnership we can better understand the value of setting up a film creating business as a partnership.';





Can anyone help with a direction I can take this? Im thinking LLC with General Partner(Creative intity) and Limited partners(Investors). Any other Ideas would be greatly appreciated. I guess that I would look at it from the perspective of the stockholders and the effects of the various methods of organization on the personal tax amounts. There are issues with a person working at the company and a person only investing. There are cash flow issues and long term issues.
