I need some advice and help on ab and tricep exercizes?

I need some help. I have done a bunch of exercizes to strengthen myself, but I have done the same ones so much that I am getting a little bored of them. If anyone knows some simple workouts on abs and triceps please tell me! also, make sure they don't envolve exersize equipment or weights. Thanks!!!!!I need some advice and help on ab and tricep exercizes?
You should get some weights if you are bored, there are about a million things you can do with thim that you can't do without them.





Abs:


inclined sit-up, raise your legs 12 to 24 in off the ground, keep them straight and do sit-ups or crunches as normal





Back extensions, lay down with your hands and legs to gether, arms straight out above your head. at the same time, lift both your hands and feet off the ground





Leg Lifts, lie on your back and lift both legs into the air making a 90 degree angle with your body. Keep your legs as straight as possible.





Scisors, lie on you back lift your legs about 6 inches off the ground, and briskly cross them with each other. Keep your legs as straight as possible.





Triceps:


Tricep Dips, hold on to the edge of a bench or chair with both hands, arms should be about at your sides. stick your legs out in front of you and keep them straight. lower your body as close to the ground as possible and bring yourself back up.





Push ups, I know you know of these, but you probably aren't doing them anyway.I need some advice and help on ab and tricep exercizes?
