How can I become a stronger basketball dribbler? I am pretty weak with my left hand. Any advice would help.?

the best way to get better is to practice, but what you need to do is practice by dribbling 2 balls at the same time and get low.


do each for 30sec. or 45


1. pound it. both balls at the same time.


2. every other dribble


3. push pull. push the ball as far as you can forward and pull it as far back as u can


4. alt. one forward one back.


5. windshield pull the balls side to side like the name


6. broken windshield, like name


7. figure eight only one ball through the legs at a time keeping same ball in hand at all times.


8. left ball high right low. pound the left ball as hard as u can and as fast while u dribble the right one fast and low.


9 right high left low, op of the other.


10 go about half court and back with 2 balls. together, every other, then do 3 steps every other then stop go through the legs( only one ball through) then do behind the back. then do one ball and it will be a lot easier. good luckHow can I become a stronger basketball dribbler? do laps around the nearest gym/track only dribbling with your left hand. it worked for me and now i cant dribble with my right hand anymore
just focus on your weak hand and side more - play against someone and tell them to force u left everytime - going to your weak side is more of a mental thing and your body and foot positions plays a large role - work on exploding off your right foot since u have trouble going left
