Building interactive websites take lots of work, and experience. Start out slow with learning HTML (and CSS), then maybe graduate to ASP or PHP.
I'm not sure how difficult flash is to learn, but I know making games isn't something a beginner can just jump into.
Learning html is pretty easy, you can often right click a website and view its source to see how it works (if it's in HTML)
