Use a small childrens tooth brush, and bruh slowly and gently, in a week or so it should be feeling well enough to brush normally, IF you rinse, use only salt water for the first week, only do what you can and don't try to force to much, when brushing the cheek side of your teeth close your teeth together so it is more comfortable...and dont worry it will be easier soon!Im worried please help need advice on best way to wash my teeth being operated from 4 wisdom teeth?
Since you are not able to get to your back teeth very well you need to make sure you are rinsing with some sort of mouth wash. I would try getting a smaller tooth brush so you have more control where the head of the tooth brush goes. Maybe a kids brush would help.
I would try the salt water rinse, not chance a toothbrush right now!
just rinse out your mouth with salt water.
Okay all you have to do is rinse your mouth out with warm salt water don't swish just use a gentle side to side motion of your head to reach the open areas of your wounds. Repeat 2 or 3 times. This will help the healing process so after you eat rinse with the salt water or warm water and remember do not spit because you do not want to create dry socket. After a few days try to open and close your mouth gently for a few minutes so that you can get use to opening your mouth but only go as far as you feel comfortable. Lastly do not constrict your mouth you want to make sure that you regain use of opening and closing your mouth. And remember to take your pains med. After a week or so gently brush your teeth and avoid touching the open wounds. Until you are fully healed use the warm salt water as a mouth wash because this is less harsh than mouth wash.

This helped for me when I had my surgery about 10 months ago.

I hoped this will help.
