I need some really good advice please help??

i own a construction company. we do masonry, tuckpointing, plumbing, electrical, cement, pretty much everything except heating and cooling. the problem is, i could use more work. i need some real advice that will attract more business.. please!!!I need some really good advice please help??

so u need to work out ,what you really enjoy doing,


and stick it , and work out wasn't doesn't make you money and let someone else ,take care of that ,


OK you like brick work , pays well, but could your subcontract, it


and still make money ?


why dont you hire an a/c man and start that , good money in it ,


and keep up with your customer base, phone them every 6ths, see how they doing , send them a chrism *** card, even a free bottle of wine ,and a thank you card


find out what they may need, do market research,


so you built them a room , do they need a new kitchen ,


send them magazine . covering kitchens,


and dont forget , if they have used you before, they will


again ..........., one more thing to remmber, if you dont take care of them, someone else willI need some really good advice please help??
