Do all the practice questions you can do-if you read a questions and dont instinctively know the answer or understand it-skip it and go back later...no matter how thorough your book is they will throw you some curves-Id suggest buying another 1 actually just for the question CD-I dont know if Comptia does their exams now in the adaptive format (that is-no set number of questions-its asks you one question on a subject-if you get that right-it asks a harder one-and so on-) or the plain linear format (asks you a set number of questions no matter what)
Study hard and good luck!I am planning on taking the A+ certification test, do you have any advice to help me pass it?
The advice given in the above posts is good. Study, study, study. Then there is another little thing that I personally like to do and that is to pray about it and ask that I be able to remember what I have studied.
I know that this isn't the religion section but, hey, a little religion never hurt anyone. John 14: 26
';But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance . . . .';
Works for me.
u will probably be ok, i studied less than that and passed. read the book out loud (worked for me) and make sure you have read it 3 times, understand it and can answer the questions at the end of the chapters.
