I'm a sub contractor for a security company, where do I go to help or advice if I'm having grievances at work ?

I'm a self employed sub contractor for a security company, where do I go to get outside help or advice, if I'm having grievances at whilst working ?I'm a sub contractor for a security company, where do I go to help or advice if I'm having grievances at work ?
If you are self employed you generally have to sort it yourself or pay for a lawyer to assist. If you have a home contents policy with legal cover you may be able to get free advice under that policy. If you have a contract with company you need to refer to that as the basis for a solution. However, note that even as a self employed person you're also entitled to all minimum statutory employment rights including:

鈥aternity, adoption and paternity leave

鈥he right not to be unfairly dismissed

鈥tatutory redundancy pay

鈥ll the rights that are given to 'workers' (below)
